Orders are processed within 72 hours on normal business days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, and available for EXCHANGE ONLY. Returning an item for exchange must be submitted via email within 2 days of delivery date. 

You may exchange the item either:

  • for the same item.
  • for a different item in the same product category. 
  • for an item that is more in value, customer must pay the difference of value. 

Repairs

We offer repair services. Individual parties are responsible for shipping expense. 

*Our policy derives from the inability to confirm the product being exposed to unknown environmental conditions, mishandling by client, exposure to bodily oils, and the handling/shipping by the third party shipper.

*We ship 2-3 days USPS Priority for USA orders & 8-12 days USPS International orders. The Ivy Leash is not liable for USPS shipping damages, mistakes or stolen packages.
